Modern Tractor Discussion Board Topic: JD40 Hydraulics not working [Return to Forum] Author [expand] [Modern View] mwalkowe 05-07-2009 11:26:45 96.10.4.18 20471 Report to Moderator My JD40"s hydraulics quit working. The 3 point hitch arms will not go up. The pump is working, the fluid is full, and if I hold the arms up manually and pull the control lever up, the arms will stay up until lowered by the control lever. I see no visible leaks anywhere. Any suggestions?
