My JD40"s hydraulics quit working. The 3 point hitch arms will not go up. The pump is working, the fluid is full, and if I hold the arms up manually and pull the control lever up, the arms will stay up until lowered by the control lever. I see no visible leaks anywhere. Any suggestions?
