Modern Tractor Discussion Board Topic: LONG 360 LEAK [Return to Forum] Author [expand] [Modern View] peashooter 06-17-2009 16:55:50 72.173.204.130 20594 Report to Moderator At the bottom of the tranny there is the ends of a cottor pin sticking out. I beleave I am loseing my fluid there. Also further back there are two more smaller pin ends sticking out the bottom cast. Does anyone know what they are and why they seem to empty my tranny? Don't know about another one. The holes you refer to are there to let any leakage out so the clutch and brakes will still work. The cotter keys are there to keep the holes from getting clogged. Have done some car/truck auto/standard tranny but nothing like this. What I would'nt do for a petersons manual.
