I have a 1993 8630. Shortly after I bought it, the sensor for the mechanical governer had to be replaced. It is acting up again and the new sensor has less than 150 hours on it. Has anyone else had the same problem? The tractor will start and run, sometimes, and then die. It may start and it may not. We can manually control the governor and run the tractor. Also, does anyone know of a way to do away with the mechanical governor? Thanks
