Hi, i was wondering if anybody out there has experience with the clutch on a powershift case ih mx110. The clutch slowly starts engaging as the pedal is released, then in the last 0.5 in of travel will abruptly kick in. We have a loader on the tractor which makes it very inconvenient. The powershuttle works fine, as smooth as any other mx. The problem only affects the clutch pedal. We have tried to adjust the clutch pedal cable linkage on top of the trans under the cab where it goes into the valve, but it did not change anything. So if you have any suggestions, please reply.

I think the cable only operates an electrical switch... didn"t think it operated a hydraulic valve, in either case though, i would imagine the valve/switch to be faulty... might be a blown o-ring in the valve gear too, they can cause all sorts of problems. I"d take the valve/switch out and check it first... other than o-tings i don"t think they can be repaired, just replaced.
