5610 series 2 has a miss. more so at idle and cold. rear exhaust manifold runner cold so seems to be #4. tractor has 4200 hrs on it. are these tractors known to have injector problems.

You might want to remove the cover on the side of the injection pump and see if any of the plunger return springs are broken. This can result in a miss.

I've never heard of injector problems on Ford engines.
