Opinions on this tractor please. I'm very close to buying a 2008 with less than 100 hours on it. It looks great and seems to be pretty bullet proof.

I went and bought it. Saved 30% off new and it has 50 hours on it. As new condition, 4WD, no loader, front weights, hydraulic shuttle shift, 8 speed, two sets of remotes.

I found rear weights available from Lonestarweights.com right at $1.00 per pound. Free delivery for over 1000 lbs.

I"ve owned a M7040 it"s big brother for about 1-1/2
yrs and put 400+ hrs on it with no problems. Mine
has Hydra-shuttle which I like. Mine uses less than
2 GPH of fuel pulling a 9" disc cutter mowing
Coastal Bermuda.
