from what you have written, it sounds like the
filter isn"t getting enough fuel, never seen the
tractor you have, but something is slowing fuel
flow tot the filter, there may be a pencil style
filter in the tank, you could try removing the
fuel line from the tank to the filter and checking
that there is good flow from the tank, blowing
back though the pipe work once disconnected might
help if there is something in the fuel line. the
other thing that springs to mind is the lift pump
(if it has one). I"d doubt it"s the injection pump
from what you describe...
