Tractor has been sitting for a while . Bought at a sale not running. New gas, carb rebuilt, good spark. Acts like it is not getting gas to the plugs. Any ideas?

No vacume to draw fuel to cylinders. May need a valve job. see if a little shot of stating fluid will fire it.
