So it's the actual PTO gear box that is popping out, not the PTO clutch lever. Sounds like bad/bent shifter fork. I am guessing off the top of my head the levers may have been forced into gear with the clutch engaged (those two lever affairs are not what the average operator/steering wheel holder can figure out)

Does the 3pt hold up with position control? May be a leak/by pass in the system so the draft control in constantly correcting itself.

I am thinking dealer service trip to solve both rather than easy one.
