The 3 pt. does raise with no weight on it. And will stay at position. I rebuilt the hydraulic pump with new O-rings and seals. (Soft goods only, no hardware) The selector valve does move, but doesn't seem to vary the drop rate noticeably. Again, with no load. New filter. New oil. I did have trouble re-priming the pump after the rebuild. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Follow up: I did get it working again after a second oil change, for a while. Turns out the pump was weak and finally died. Replaced the pump. Works great.
