I removed the blade but noticed that the lift arms now vibrate when they are raised. Today, I noticed that my bush hog slowly lowered and I could not raise it. After a while I was able to raise the bush hog. Can anyone give me a few tips as to what is happening? Also, I am noticing oil driping from the steering column, just under the steering wheel. Does anyone know what could be causing that? Thank you for your time.
