What is the smallest current compact tractor suitable for a 48 inch or 60 inch flail mower ? I will appreciate your response. The flail mower chops or mulches the grass, no matter how tall. If the grass is extremely tall like 5 feet and the tractor is moving forward too fast, the flail mower will probably stall. In my opinion, the flail mower is NOT FOR YOU. I do not know about hay mowers, so I can not help you.
