I would like to know how Agco/Massey/etc. stands behind their warranties. Has anyone had a major problem that the Corporate boys have been involved in? If you have, how did they handle it? Do you think that they handled it the way they should have?

Might be just the dealer I was doing business with. Bought a new Heston 1007 hay mower. 6000 with a trade in. Drive shaft tapered wrong at the factory, hence drive belt pulley wouldn't stay on for long. Created many delays last year. Dealer had me load it and transport it back the 60 miles to dealership for a replacement shaft. Lesson learned, A dealer close by is an advantage , and one who will send out a repair truck to keep you in the field.
