I changed from JD to Valtra and could not be happier.If you are looking for a good tractor do check out Valtra.Way cheaper than deere and the dealers are much easier to get along with I find.

| We have a Valtra dealer here too. Valtra's look like very well built tractors to me. They are a growing company in the U.S., and i think they are going to steal away a lot of sales from other brands. In this depressed farm economy, farmers are actually starting to look at the product, instead of the color of the paint!

| I dont know were you live in the u.s.a. but we have dealers. You dont need a dealer ever few miles if you have a good tractor.

| Unfortunately your 4 wheel drive tractors in the 65 to 85 hp range have "terrible brakes!" Here in Western New York with a few hills they seem to not last like other tractors such as Case or John Deere! They seem to just burn through them in days! Does the special tranny have no compression braking through the diesel to assist the brakes. Not impressed with this tractor at all. In fact a number of farmers here in Western New York think they are just "scrap" and cannot wait to get rid of them. They spend more time in the shop than on the fields to make money. Sorry but they are plain "lemons!"
