I have a 1190 Case with a front end loader and every time I lift any weight at all with it the remote lever trips into neutral position.Sometimes I have to hold the lever down just to lift anything with a little weight to it.I have changed filter and fluid with no change.Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
TD

I just purchased an old 1190. The loader will not work with the clutch disengaged. It will work in neutral with the clutch out. Is this normal?

Yes, that is the correct way they are designed to operate if you are not using a power beyond top block (correct method of plumbing a loader to David Brown tractors). Lever must be chained, wired, or tied open.
