Does anyone know anything about Lely tedder,4 rotor,manual fold? I know vermeer bought them out,it looks pretty well made.It has u joints at the fold instead of knuckles.does anybody have one? Thanks

Vermeer didn't so much buy them out, they are just the distributor for Lely in the USA now. We have never had any problems with the double U-Joints but have heard of trouble with the finger like joints. If you want a really heavy duty tedder consider the Krone's also.

You won't see anymore red Lely tedders they are now yellow and the four rotor tedder is about 120lbs. heavier than Krone
