Try putting an add in the Seattle Times or the Seattle Post-Intelligenser. Seattle was a hot bed of hydroplane racing for many years and a lot of the boats used Merlins until the gas turbine powerplants took over the sport. Most of the hydroplane racings teams are based there I believe. There is also a hydroplane racing museum I believe. Somebody there must know what hapened to all those old Merlins. Good Luck!
