Bleeding 3208 Injectors

[ Expand ] [ View Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ Return to Forum ]

Posted by Tom S. in Tn. on March 07, 2005 at 06:08:09 from (65.7.67.112):

How do you bleed injectors on a 3208 without cranking forever and wearing out starter and batts?
Pump is primed and clear with hand pump, but I have never seen a more stubborn engine to get fuel from injector lines.
This is the first Cat I have worked on. What are we not doing correct? Any Cat mechanics out there?
Thanx; Tom S. in Tn.
