It looks like thick gray paint. This just started no overheating. The Truck pulls strong as an OX and no smoke from exhaust as well as no water at all in crankcase. Where is the internal oil cooler located? Did this other fellow ever get problem resolved? Any and all help greatly appreciated. This is a volunteer dept and our only engine.
