I have a JD 5105, and am very happy with it. It replaced a Ford 3000 diesel. The John Deere is a better tractor though the Ford was a tough little critter. I use my 5105 to round bale hay with a NH 845 round baler. I pull an 8 foot pull type Bush Hog. I use a 7 foot NH sickle bar mower to cut hay, and a 7 foot rear blade to clear snow. This tractor does everything I ask of it, and it is a sweet machine. You can't go wrong with it.
