Well, I usually on work on Case's and Kubota's, but it sounds like it could possibly be linkage problems. It sounds to me that they failed to tighten something up, and it has loosened overtime in your clutch linkage and when you push the pedal it is not engaging all the way-hard to say w/out looking at it. Or, it could be that the clutch was not installed properly and something is binding-I would call your dealer and say look-I spent (probably 400-600 dollars) on this thing, and you want a guy sent out one morning to look at it-He (your dealer) should give some kind of warranty(at least a handshake) on his labor-It's a realatively new tractor so it's not like it is a hunk of junk-but I really can't say w/out looking, but definitely look at all the linkage before breaking it in half, even if it means taking the roll bar and fenders off-it
