Todd
Matt is half right
there should be a steel canister on top of the intake manifold with a cap on it it is the size of a tuna can
The belarus doesn,t have a glow plug it has a manifold heater
you must fill up the canister with diesel fuel first
1. push the glow switch until the element is red
this heats up the element in the manifold
2 start the tractor.
as soon as you turn the key a squirt of diesel fuel is injected into the manifold on the element
this in turns heats up the air in the manifold making it easier to start.
Just remember to keep fuel in the cannister during the winter
