Since your hydraulic system is a closed system, can you get your hands on a flow meter? If you can plumb into the main hydraulic line and with just the tractor running and not moving, check to see if there is oil flowing from the pump. If there is, you will have isolate each circuit till you find the leak. If you don't have a flow from the pump, then you will know that the pump is bypassing in itself. Please note, that I am not a White expert and just consider this information as helpful hints.
