I have an Ingersoll Tractor 4016. The speed is operated by a travel control lever. At the botom of the lever is another lever that "tells" the tractor to go in reverse or foreward. That keeps popping out of its place. Can anyone tell me if there is a lock pin that holds that into place, or if I need to get the whole lever replaced? THANKS!!!!!!
