they smell real bad?.....often the jump in and out of the cab that much, the door is just a pain

....depending on the age, i think most come with air con (newer ones)

there is a dairy farmer down the road who has taken the door and rear window off his tractor for that reason (JD 2450)

i recon the smelling bad theory is not a bad one!
