Hi I answered this on a comment further down about and perhaps you have it working by now in my earlier comment I suggested *changing the hyd.* filter(screen) not cleaning it to fix the three point hyd.problem .that fixed my problem and the comment about the tractor not taking the PTO if by that you mean it grinds and will not let it engage ,I would suggest you try putting your heel on the clutch pedal and shove it down as far as you can with the tractor at idle if it now engages your first shot is a clutch adjustment if that doesn't work I don't know what else other than possibly a clutch replacement ?
