Hello, all you tractor lovers. Let me say
a few of you guys are not real smart an
some are. We own a farm an a tractor repair shop. we sell used tractors also
We have had this business for 25 years.
On the farm we have 2 Whites 6195, 195 hp
an a 6215, 215 hp. They are good tractors
with the same moter as the bigger case IH
We have had 18 diffrent tractors with
over 100 hp in the last 20 years on the
farm, an at the shop we have had over 500
tractors with 100 hp an over. So we know
good from bad. Let me tell you some junk
ones start with the case 90 an 94 series
they were junk, made cheap. Also junk
was the massey ferguson 2745,2775 an 2805
they had power but will never run.
One other junk is the fords well they
are not junk but they are powerless
the 9700 an all the TW series were doggy
even JD made some junk. 4430 an 4440
were over rated. Now i will give some
good tractors, start with 88 series IH
they were good. AN 7000,8000 series AC
most powerfulest tractors of there day.
An one overlooked a lot is hesston 180-90
was a great tractor many still working
today. So you guys that will say horsepower is horsepower 2 tractors with same horsepower have same power well your
stupid. You should know that diffrent
moters have diffrent RPM"s. Shorter strokes an other things. They do not make
very many good tractors anymore. We have
done more work on newer JD tractors
then the older ones.Stay away from the 7600,7700 an 7800 series JD they really
