The tire pressure that is stated on the side of the tire is load cap. not usually a factor. Most of the time the tire pressure should be alot lower, high of tire pressure hurts in a few ways causes more slip and increases soil compaction, low tire pressure can also eat up your tires if the side walls wrinkle to much.
