You need to bleed the fuel system. Make sure the battery is fully charged before you start. Start at the filter(s). Open the bleed screw on the filter at the top and make sure that your tank valve is open. Bleed the filter til only fuel runs out and close the bleeder screw. Then crack open the fuel fittings at the injectors ( either one at a time or all of them) and carnk the engine till you have nothing but fuel at the injector. Tighten the fittings and then try to start. that should fix the problem.
If you don"t have any fuel going to the filters when you try to bleed them, the screen on the tank valve mabe clogged with algae or crud and you"ll have to drain the tank and clean it.
