Mower starts up fine.. Seat safety switch on; parking brake on; Blades off... LOWER PARKING BRAKE LEVER (disengage) and mower shuts off.. RAISE PARKING BRAKE LEVER (ENGAGE) mower engine will kick back in and stay running. I have replaced three main relays and fuses are okay. Any ideas ?
