My point was just to be careful when you turn a pump up and to expect more wear and tear on the engine if you use the increased power a lot. You might consider changing the oil more often and don"t let the air filters get too dirty, etc. to reduce some risk. From an engine life viewpoint, it"s better to buy a big engine and run with some derate than to take a small engine and uprate it.
