Are the bolts breaking also or are the gaskets just blowing out? The ones we had probelems with, the bolts were breaking and then blowing out the gasket. There was a different manifold bolt that we used that was harder I believe. I don't remember the torque, but I believe that it was increased as well. We never used the studs, but then we never had any repeat failures either. Did you have the manifold planed? ould be that the ends are not true.
