I make my own adapter plates. Call Southern Plains Cummins. They have a guru in Lubbock or one of their stores that can probably come up with the flywheel you need. CaseIH used them in some tractors. Match a clutch disc to your splines and the rest of putting the engine in there is mounts and radiator hoses. There is a lot of different configurations for that engine that won't cost $2500 to come up with the parts. That or those engines have been used in thousands of different applications, and a little searching of parts books will get you all the parts you need.
