Not to be picky, but only Howard makes Rotavators. They do look like all the rototillers, but they aren't exactly the same.
Rotavators have a different tine lay out and their size is usually different, many times the tine speed is different too.
If you learn how to "set" a Rotavator, it will leave the soil accordantly. Most people thing all a Rotavator will do is grind up soil, and use lots of PTO power. How wrong they are!!
