The hydrostat pedal is like that on all the mid sized boomers. The use a small shock under the floorbord to keep the hydro pedal from springing back quickly. On the old compacts, if you were going fast and took your foot off the pedal you would just about get whiplash from the tractor stopping. There is no ajustment on the speed of the shock and they are all the same. Keep bumping it back with your heel. Maybe someday NH will speed up the valving in the shock but untill then thats all you can do.
