Re: Any Ideas on a Good Tractor?Posted by If you want solid value go Valtra/Valmet......by Woodbeef on June 24, 2001 at 18:28:53 from (206.186.52.2): In Reply to: Any Ideas on a Good Tractor? posted by AJZ on June 24, 2001 at 09:21:44: Do yourself and dad a huge favor and look into the Valtra line of tractors, you'll be glad you did! Dollar for dollar they can not be beat. They are an overbuilt dependable tractor,to say the least!! Once you drive one, you'll buy one!! In the approx.hp. range you are looking at there are three choices of tractor series (100 series,Mezzo and HiTech)from Valtra. You just have to decide how much technology you want. Be forewarned though the option list is unbelievable, and you must choose between 10 different colors, four of them being metallic.Valtra was the first tractor manufacturer to be granted ISO Certification in the world!!
