I haven't seen a tractor from China that i'd invest even one nickle in "yet". I've looked at several of them, and i know a few guys that have bought them. They are working on them too. Metal is very soft, leaks and more leaks, and rough every where.
You can buy a tiller here from Italy (fairly good quality) for $995.00, and a American made loader for $3000.00, so they sure aren't offering anything spl. there.
For me, China tractors are even worse than Russian ones.
I doupt the one you are asking about is any better. Maybe some day they will build one worth haveing??
