I can't tell the year but can tell you the oil we use in our 384 and 255 is a diesel grade 10W-30 all year round and a filter we got on a month ago from a Carquest. I'm not sure of the filter number and we use Lucas fuel stabilizer in the winter. The diesel oil is also used in everything else that uses oil like tranny, power steering, and hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic fluid resivoir is the transmission on ours but I'm not sure on the syncros. our transmissions are a five speed with hi and low. By the way where are you at and the tractor. I'm in central Wisconsin and Jones welding in Auburndale can answer just about any questions you have. e-mail me if you any questions.
