I'd try liquid ballast either calcium chloride solution, or methanol solution and or wheel weights. The wider tires won't help you because they will lessen the ground pressure and you'll find they spin more easily than the 20.8s. Remember you want some "slip" about 10% under heavy load conditions. If you "weight" the tractor acording to the manufactures specs. and its still spinning out then you are trying to do more than what its designed for and it will only cause you problems,(broken parts high fuel consumption etc.) Also maybe try a set of duals.
