Greg, Not that we have heard anyway, and it doesn't really make sense...NH is owned by Fiat which last year bought Case. I don't know much about what is happening on the Ag side, as we are a Case Industrial dealer. I do know that the new company is called CNH---CaseNewHolland---and is being run by Case people out of Case Headquarters in Racine, WI. I know that production of the smaller NH skid steers has moved to Cases's skid steer plant in Ks. and the rumor is that eventually all NH skids will get the Case/Cummins 4-390 engine, and have about a 75% parts compatibility with the new Case XT series skids.
I know that Case has introduced some new LARGE dozers that are Fiats, and we have been told that NH loader backhoes as we know them will cease to exist within the next 12-18mos, and NH dealers will be selling Case M series loader backhoes with the CNH logo. Don't see why it would be advantageous for Deere to buy, or CNH/Fiat to sell. Pete
