Are there still pull type combines?

In "John Deere Tractors and Equipment Volume 2" I saw a pull type combine like a Maximizer. I have never heard of one or seen a photo of one. Does any manufacturer still make pull types? It still seems like a good idea, because you don't have to pay for another engine and drivetrain. But I do see the bad things. Thanks.
