Dynahoe hydraulic cylinders

I have a 1983 Dynahoe 190 series three loader / backhoe. Some of the hydraulic cylinders leak, and I have to remove the end caps. They won't budge with the industrial adjustable spanners that I have - they only have 1 hook, and with a big cheater bar, I was beginning to flex the wrench handle. I can't see any sign of a lock screw. there are 4 notches around the outer edge of the caps. They are not rusted or beat up. The caps screw into the end of the cylinder as opposed to over the end like the older ones. What / where can I find a stronger wrench for this type of thing, or are there any other tricks?

Thank you,
