I purchased one a little over a year ago and I'm very happy with it. My farm is 75 acres, and I use mine to cut, rake, and bale hay. I move big bales with it. I pull an 8 foot pull type brush hog with it. The 5105 is larger and heavier than the 4000 series as best I can tell. Since you're taking care of several acres you may want a little more substantial tractor to stand up to the work. Check the prices. I think the 5105 will be comparable and you'll have a better tractor for what you'll be doing.
