The reason he's the only one that has these problems is that he's one of about 10 people in the US other than municipalites that own them. They are cheap to buy, and dig like crazy, but their longevity is nill, That's why municipalities use 'em and contractors don't; they get 'em cheap and trade 'em in 1 or 2 years before the problems start. We won't even take one in on trade that's over 3 years old. Pete
