The issue with a heavy duty cutter on a smaller tractor is the weight of the cutter, 3pt lift capacity, and keeping the front end of the tractor down. The power required to run any cutter is directly porportional to the amount and type of material being cut, and the ground speed; not whether the cutter is light, medium, or heavy duty. Buy the heaviest 60" cutter you can lift and transport safely (and afford).
