the rubber seal has nothing to do with your injecter leak it is only a dust seal to keep dirt out. the brass washer at the bottom of the injecter is leaking .take a pair of vise grips were the claim goes on the injecter ant twist it back and forth . if it dont come lose you will have to get a puller. we made one out of a end off a old injection line welded it to a threaded rod used a old wrist pin and itsa nice injecter puller. like doug said drain your water . if the injecter dont come out the brass tube and injecter will.
