I also have a 6060 and the tach does have both settings, according to my book the 6080, same tractor/engine, but different transmission, an extra mid-range hi/mid/low instead of just the hi/lo we have in the 6060, it also came with a second PTO shaft for the 1000PTO, the 6060 did not come with it, also check your manual on your implement, my haybine, has settings and procedures for both 540 and 1000 PTO as well as my older 14t, which would need a new gearbox, I used older equipment on my 40 acres,, but the 6060 is my main tractor,,
