I wouldn't expect to get much relief from the manufacturer on a tractor of that age. You should, however, find out what is causing the problem. Is the cross shaft partially siezed where it goes through the bellhousing? Is the release bearing sleeve partially siezed on the tube it slides over? Is the clutch disc worn to the point the pressure plate fingers are contacting parts of the release bearing sleeve when the pedal is depressed all the way? Are you a competent welder using good equipment and methods? Did you reweld the arm in the exact position it was originally?
