I too am a Kioti Dealer. The dealer that you purchased the tractor from is not solely reasonably for honoring the warranty work. If someone brings a tractor in they bought from another dealership i will in no way refer them to the dealer they purchased it from. If they bring it to me to do the work i will be glad to have there business. Any dealer should honor the work just as they have sold you the tractor. In the Kioti Warranty Agreement it stats "In order to obtain warranty repairs, the purchases must deliver the product at the purchasers expense along with proof of purchase to ANY AUTHORIZED KIOTI TRACTOR DEALER. And you know what...In the long run you will be the dealer they will turn to for work when there tractor is out of warranty and you will be the dealer they will turn to for all there parts if you treat them right. So that’s why at my dealership I treat every customer that walks though my doors with the same treatment wheatear or not they bought it at my dealership. I believe that if you do not do this you give yourself a bad name and Kioti a bad name. Now im not saying that everyone should just go off and NOT buy from your local dealership, I believe that customers should build a relationship with the dealer by purchasing there. I just don't believe in what you say about: "That is between you and the dealer you purchased the tractor from, he/they are responsible for honoring the warranty, not the local guy you did not buy from."
