Kubota L295 to buy or not?

I'm looking at a 1984/5 L295 with an unknown number of hours. The owner of 3 years says it burns no oil. He wants $9,500. May take $9,000. Implements/features: 4WD, wheel weights, front loader, bush hog and scraper with hydraulic tilt.
I'm in El Dorado County in california and the price with the implements seems fair, any comments and or opinions?
I saw a 1957 Ford 641 with front loader and scraper go for $6,000 in this area, so the Kubota looks pretty good in comparison.
